| Tiivistelmä: | Two major changes are being introduced in National Health Service in April 1991. The first concerns the Government's reforms of the NHS, the second relates to the employment market in the coming years. This article discusses what these reforms mean for healthcare in general and for the personnel function in particular. The article shows how one health authority, the Wessex Regional Health Authority, has tried a new approach to human resource strategy. |
