| Tiivistelmä: | Arguments are presented that environmental protection is no longer a burden, rather, unfortunately, a still greatly underestimated success factor. The reasons for this are examined. The advantages of an environment-conscious management are demonstrated. The most important elements of environment-consciousness in the practice of management are described and analyzed. The impact of environment-consciousness on quality, creativity, humanity, rentability and some other organizational characteristics are discussed. Some necessary steps and measures of environmental protection are listed. |
