| Tiivistelmä: | The article presents the praxis of the European Court and the EC-Committee in the area of compliance of member states with anti-trust provisions of the EC contract. Member states are responsible for competition-restricting activity even of private firms under their jurisdiction. They cannot shift this responsibility on the firms concerned. |
