| Tiivistelmä: | Only those employees can perform well, who undertake appropriate further training, i. e. "learning by doing", in addition to their daily work. First, they should derive personal benefit from this and, secondly, they can be deployed in a better manner in the company. Employees have to come to terms with new knowledge and technologies. In many cases, the associated experience is not particularly motivating, but this needs not be the case. The goals, the benefits and process of permanent education within corporations are described, the long-term planning of further training is analyzed. |
