| Tiivistelmä: | This study investigates the ability of the Kirton Adaption-Innovation Inventory (KAI) to identify behavior in American eighth grade students along the adaption-innovation continuum. It correlates student inventory responses with the norms established for the adult population. The internal reliability of the KAI when taken by a group of American eighth grade students was analyzed, to identify possible areas of weakness occurring in the KAI when dealing with this population. |
