| Tiivistelmä: | Because of the smooth operation and the effects of the new foreign trade system, changes in foreign currency earnings share ratio and the change of RMB exchange rate which are favorable to foreign currency earning share, it is the appropriate time to reform the system of foreign currency earnings share in quota into a system of foreign currency earing share. In the same time, measures should be taken to narrow the gap between the official exchange rate and market exchange rate, improve the foreign currency market, speed up the process of foreign currency earnings share, strengthen the management on foreign currency accounts, implement a mortgage loan system and an incline credit policy to export firms. |
