| Tiivistelmä: | Timing for unifying exchange rate should be set after the return to GATT. None of the conditions of unifying the exchange rate has matured before the return to GATT. The procedures should be: At the beginning of 1993, specified reservation should be converted to spot exchange reservation, before the return to GATT, we should establish unified and perfect foreign exchange market and also establish the exchange market; after the return to GATT we should improve the adjustment exchange rate and finally unify the exchange rate. |
