| Tiivistelmä: | China should make new procedures for approving foreign direct investment projects, that is to conduct a limited, self-approving procedures. Generally speaking, investing in fields the state encourages, the foreign investors can handle registration and tax registration provided they pay 15% of the total investment according to the agreement within 30 days after the agreement becomes effective and submit the investment plan to the competent government department. Under the above case, the foreign investors do not need the approvement of the department. |
