| Tiivistelmä: | The "tendency of foreign trade company" of foreign-funded enterprises is showing as follows: overstepping the business scope defined its business license without, authorization, becoming the confusion of business scope; purchasing or acting domestic production enterprise to export, leading to foreign trade company in short supply and its economic rights and interests injured; controlling the export and import channels of enterprises, damaging the interests of Chinese side in the joint-ventures. Therefore, the governments and enterprises should abandon local protectionism. At meantime , the economic management department of state formulate relevant regulations. |
