Tiivistelmä:Existing theories and research related to creativity in organizations have contributed to identifying many of the factors in organizations which inhibit or facilitate creativity. But beyond blaming "management" or "organization", the existing body of knowledge does not seem to give us any insight into how these factors come about in the first place, or indeed how they may be rectified. Attempting to fill this hole, the objective of this research project was to shed more light on the question: How is individual creativity inhibited or facilitated in organizations?
