Tiivistelmä:How can power be used constructively to manage organizational change? The consideration of power is important to the success of Organizational Development (OD) interventions. As early as 1969, Warren Bennis warned of the likelihood of failure if OD practitioners did not acknowledge the reality of power and politics. While some OD interventions have certainly been successful there are, nonetheless, many failed attempts at organizational change.
