| Tiivistelmä: | The reform of the foreign exchange system safeguard the interests of foreign investors, shortens the period of investment recovery, promotes the balance of expenditure and income in foreign exchange of enterprises and quickens the speed of capital turnover. But it also affects indirect export products and tertiary industries in gaining foreign exchange inside China and more taxes are levied on enterprises. Generally speaking, there are more advantages than disadvantages. Proposals are as follows. Earning of foreign exchange of tertiary industries is to be explored; mutual fund-raising is carried out in enterprise corporations; management of enterprises of indirect export products is to be strengthened and indirect foreign exchange management is to be strengthened. |
