| Tiivistelmä: | It is necessary to have a certain number of commercial bank and foreign exchange broker. The central bank should have forceful control measures for the foreign exchange market. Allocation system of foreign exchange should be reformed. A steady RMB value should be held and balance between financial income and expenditure be kept. RMB fund needed for converting foreign exchange should be sufficient. Negotiable instrument clearing system of foreign exchange should be set up as soon as possible. Laws, regulations and institutions of foreign exchange market should be improved. Ties with foreign markets should be strengthened. |
