| Tiivistelmä: | The positive effects of the reform of RMB exchange rate system are 1) to help establish a marketed mechanism of exchange rate, 2) to be favorable to the balance of international payment, attraction of foreign investment and the stability of the level of RMB exchange rate, 3) to affect and promote the reform of financial and foreign trade systems. Its negative effects are 1) to add to the burden of repaying foreign debts and increase its cost, 2) to bring pressure to prices and risks of exchange rates. |
