| Tiivistelmä: | This paper mainly explores the problems in the structure of China's international payment and the deviations in exchange rate policy which reflect in the fact that the increasing inflow of foreign capital has led to the growth of money supply. The similar same phase fluctuation of China's inflation and the inflow of foreign capital in 1994 also reflected the acceleration of inflation and its expected function of inducing the inflow of international speculative capital for the purpose of earning profits by illegal means. According to the special nature of the current macro economic operation, aggregate interest rate policy, the system of exchange rate as well as the course of the external response to inflation, this paper designs a simple structuralist model. |
