| Tiivistelmä: | Although it is the trend of the times that the domestic foreign exchange market will be integrated with the world one, there are still some problems to be solved, such as the imperfect foreign exchange system and drawbacks in the operational mechanism of foreign exchange market. Therefore, this paper expresses the idea of integrating the domestic foreign exchange market with the world one at less cost and raises the necessary measures. It thinks that importance should be attached to the employment and training of specialized personnel engaged in the foreign exchange business. |
