| Tiivistelmä: | To make RMB convertible under capital account, there exist some barriers like serious phenomena of capital outflow, the inflow of short-term capital and large scale of foreign debt. So the author thinks that China should take the tactics of "doing easy thing first and difficult thing afterward, and loosing capital inflow and restricting capital outflow" in order to promote the conditional free convertibility of the RMB under capital account. He also expresses his ideas on the choice of tactics and necessary measures to realize the above objective. |
