| Tiivistelmä: | The main measures taken by Pudong New Area for inviting outside investment are to formulate and use preferential fiscal and taxation policies legally and scientifically. Besides, it needs to do the following: shifting its support policy to the key industries, supporting high-and new-tech enterprises to promote technological progress, booming Pudong market and developing the tertiary industry in that area, accelerating the development of real estate, supporting backbone enterprises and developing enterprise groups, giving aid to village and township enterprises to support modern agriculture and develop basic industries. To enlarge financial sources , it will take the policy measures like collecting tax according to laws in terms of taxation, and making arrangement on income and expenses in terms of finance. |
