| Tiivistelmä: | By analysing the advantages and disadvantages of issuing bonds made out in foreign currency among Chinese residents, this paper thinks that it is feasible to issue bonds made out in foreign currency in China and conditions are also ripe. It also raise the following countermeasure suggestions: 1. insisting on making experiment first and then introducing such a practice; 2. Conducting evaluation of credit status before qualification examination;3. establishing and perfecting credit guarantees system; 4. adhering to the principle of moderation; 5. strictly forbidding the phenomena that enterprises as legal persons involve themselves in buying and selling business in private name by using income from creating foreign exchange or borrowing money. |
