| Tiivistelmä: | The financial institutions in Pudong New Area are increasing continuously and have also made new progress in opening to the outside world. The total scale of savings deposit and loans is becoming more extensive, but the increment of savings deposit has been reduced some what compared with that in the same period of last year. There are great changes in the structure of deposit and loans. Residents' savings deposit, however, has not been effected and still grows greatly. The levels of financial service and operation and management have been raised too. The financial insurance industry of Pudong has realized an increased value of 3.820 billion yuan,accounting for 22.4% of the tertiary industry's up 28.1% over the same period of last year and an increase of 1.5 percentage points compared with the whole city's. |
