| Tiivistelmä: | This paper offers a review of examples and experiences with specific reference to non-profit organizations, as to reason why and how organizations have undertaken a social audit process, what have been the changes, and how they have met the demands. The issues facing many non-profit organizations are similar to those in the corporate sector. Organizational approach is needed to understanding and developing social auditing. |
