| Tiivistelmä: | Pudong New Area should take the lead in high sci-tech industrialization with a view to be able to represent the Shanghai's level and national level and reach the world level, which is also the basic principle it must follow in accelerating high sci-tech industrialization. To this end, it should create a better environment for high sci-tech industrialization, speed up the construction of high sci-tech industrialization base and improve the development mechanism of high sci-tech industrialization. Besides, it should have a good policy environment which would help develop high sci-tech industries and raise the level of the government's serving high sci-tech industries. |
