| Tiivistelmä: | This 'point-counterpoint' article builds on J. Paauwe's suggestions to take the field of HRM and performance further. It is argued that reconstructive reflexivity is needed for theorizing HRM. Especially, in-brought are insights from critical studies on the notion of HRM, on the notion of performance, and on the theoretical relationship btw. them as a way for opening up new research avenues and lines of interpretation. |
