| Tiivistelmä: | A life cycle cost of a system or product include all costs during the life cycle. Implementing depends on starting in the earliest phase,defining information configuration and cost requirement. The concept itself allows a holistic dynamic look at the product. The problems in the initiation of the process,the planning, realization,operation and disposal of complex system are described. There is a case study of application of life cycle costing in West German construction industry. |
