| Tiivistelmä: | The crucial role of the adviser to management in introducing change to a business is examined. The six main approaches by which advisers deal with clients, individual, interpersonal, structural, sociotechnical, conflict and information developments are outlined and explained. In considering change, there are a number of aspects which need to be taken into account. Good ideas and theories need to be tied down to methods. Three models are presented which help to make clear what we are trying to change and how. The models provide ways to assess one's own practice and consider improvements. |
