| Tiivistelmä: | The joint team of the Mechanical Copyright Protection Society /MCPS/ representing music copyright owners, and British Phonographic Industry /BPI/ standing for sound recording copyright holders has proved to be a success. To simplify granting and administration of import licenses it gives one license to cover both copyrights. MCPS provides stamps for importers. Importers not wanting connection with MCPS/BPI must obtain the specific permission of the publishers and labels concerned. |
