Apart from this, it aims to make its components as perfect as possible. In rebuilding the factory after the war, it was very good for the firm that its founder was a craftsman who knew how to overcome the difficulties. Shimano's drive for new products contributes to its biggest problem, the low rate of profit increase compared to sales growth. It has also to address those factors which affect riders' acceptance of bicycle components. |
