| Tiivistelmä: | The bankruptcy of enterprises as an inevitable phenomenon in the market economy is also an incentive measure for enterprises' survival and development while protecting the creditors' interests. However, bankruptcy is just practiced in China and so there exist numerous problems in checking up on enterprise assets both in theory and in practice. To explore these problems is of great importance for standardizing the bankruptcy of enterprises in China. |
