| Tiivistelmä: | Enduring success is frequently the source of failure. The pioneer companies are particulary open to the risk of being unable to adapt themselves sufficiently to new situations. The mechanism of successful change processes is examined. Some characteristic situations when a revitalization program is a necessity are identified. Twenty five stations of a vicious spiral are listed to show how some company failures are depending to a crisis if the problems are overlooked. This vicious spiral can be stopped in a goal-oriented and deliberate manner. The main components of a revitalization program are described. |
