The need of a crisis-centered management training is emphasized. Influencing externals leading to organizational decline are identified and analyzed. Some internal elements of business failures are highlighted. Early warning signals, financial predictors and other symptoms of decline are listed. The role of turnaround managers is characterized. The problem of how to get everyone (banks, vendors, customers, employees etc.) involved is discussed. The types of turnarounds and their strategies are examined. |
