| Tiivistelmä: | The article analysis the structure, characters, status, and role of the high S & T commonality and industrialization. It considers that the main body of the high S & T commonality is the person of the S & T research; the main body of industrialization is the manager and production person. They have both the uniformity and the separation. It is benefit to speed up the development of high S & T industry by considering these characters of the main body of commonality and industrialization fully. |
