Tiivistelmä:Generally, strategic changes are made to improve organizational performance. Such improvements should benefit most of the organizational members, yet, one of the consistent findings in management research is that most strategic changes face substantial employee resistance. Why should employees resist intended improvements of the organizational performance that is the basis of their livelihood? Are there a few sore losers that through political ingenuity rouse the resistance of the majority of would-be winners against their own best interests?
