| Tiivistelmä: | Firstly, facing the global challenges, China must firmly promote reform and open. During the expanding of opening, realize the existing shortcomings, as well as the main trend of development of Economy, technique and industry, improve our comprehensive power and international position. Second, facing the challenge of rapid development of scientific technology, it should be put into the foremost position that scientific technology is primary productivity. Third, facing the challenge of knowledge economy, the strategy that thriving country depends on science and education should be strongly promoted and implemented. In order to bring the implementation into effect, developing education, especially scientific education should be carefully studied and treated in the big environment of knowledge economic development. |
