| Tiivistelmä: | China should take an active part in developing and occupying international market. We should also need to make great effort to introduce foreign capital and advanced technology, to take part in international investment and to develop multinational enterprises. The present problems are that an authoritative institution has not been set up, the enterprises have no decisive right necessary to handle import and export and no decisive right to make overseas investment, the internationalized management of enterprise still need to be improved. |
