| Tiivistelmä: | The author imagines that the triangle area around Beibu Bay, including Beihai, Qingzhou, Haifang, Hongji in Vietnam, and Haikou in Hainan province, be combined into a new increasing triangle, the most lively pattern with a comparatively narrow scale. And the formation of that triangle will become a new strategy in the open-door practice for the southwest of China where the whole opening situation will be changed. |
