| Tiivistelmä: | The present preferential opening of China has its rational component. The economic development standard of east China is more advanced than that of the west China. From the regional equilibrium, the east China concluded opening to the world first. Because it has relatively stronger economic strength, relatively larger developed area and better basis. The main disadvantages of preferential opening are that the opening area is excessively concentrated and the equilibriums of development between the east and the west is more serious. |
