| Tiivistelmä: | The paper starts with some theoretical aspects of insurance organisations governance.It procedes with a brief overview of Slowene and foreign regulation in this field, regarding: the statutary forms of insurance organisations, their founders and owners , the relations between owners, managers and other employees, and the influence of the state.Some necessary changes and possible problems in insurance organisations governance in Slovenia, related to the transformation of ownership in insurance organisations with a portion of social capital, and to the implementation of the Law on Insurance Organisations are discussed, as well. |
