| Tiivistelmä: | The new and high tech industries should be Beijing's strategic ones for export in the future. So experts should be organized to make monographic studies, evaluate and forecast the feasibility of and prospects for the new and high tech, such as bioengineering, genetic engineering, spaceflight, aviation, micro electronics, laser, nuclear energy , computer software and information in Beijing's industrialization. Besides, they have to select and determine the strategic gap for the export industries during the new century with the possible support of the central authorities and departments and commissions concerned. |
