Tiivistelmä:Primary attention in the article is given to the possibilities of formalising economic policy measures or their direct effects and their influence on economic movements and changes in relations. The presented model offers analytical tools with which it will be possible to predict short-run response of movements in prices production import , export and employment to the measures of economic policy and to eventual external price shocks in a small open economy pressed by problems characteristic for more developed countries in transition. The model ties established trends in economic movement with measures of monetarv fiscal, income and price policy in the framework of the given inter-sector and cost structure. The iterative method of solving the model leads to reciprocal adjustment in the effects of economic policy measures, change in economic structure and economic movement.Data which are necessary for solution by the presented model belong to a standard repertoire of statistical data, which is available in the majority of countries.
