| Tiivistelmä: | The paper presents an introductory framework for analysis of the pension system.Consequences of both rising demographic old-age dependency and system-dependency are demonstrated with simple PAYG model.Three groups of factors are involved: public finance, labor market and demographic situation.The most urgent and the most important changes in pension system should form the fourth pillar.The fourth pillar removes discrepancies in the working of the first pillar. |
