| Tiivistelmä: | In the progress of opening to the outside world, all the barriers which have been met result from the traditional extensive growth mode. The old growth mode of foreign trade is basically speed or quantity-seeking one. The main target of export was to create foreign exchange which was used as soon as it was earned for increasing imports. So only by changing the growth mode from speed seeking one with foreign exchange-creating and using as the main target to one stressing efficiency and sci-tech contents, can China's degree of opening become higher on the basis of raised level of opening. |
