| Tiivistelmä: | Based on laws of development concerning the urban circles between Tokyo-Yoko hama. and between Seoul-Hwunchon in Northeast Asia. and internal requirements of regional cooperation these, this paper presents a vision of creating Beijing-Tianjin urban circle, whose goal of development is assumed to be a center of industry, transportation and finance and trade in northeast Asia. All this will make it necessary to harmonize all regional markets of each party for establishment of a regional common market, make full use of resources within the region as well as resources from outside. |
