| Tiivistelmä: | Use of foreign capital in the field of circulation has obviously contributed to China's commercial development. Problems , however, exist in that foreign investors are of an irrational structure , most of whom are from Asia, and the scale of programs is too large, with a single formation of business ;and that long-term joint running with foreign businessmen as shareholders needs to be studies. What is to be done is to lose no time mapping out laws and regulations on involvement of foreign merchants in domestic retail sales and wholesales, to expand the area where foreign management of retail sales to provincial capitals in Middle China, and to set up pilot joint ventures of wholesales. |
