| Tiivistelmä: | The major adjustment of regional economic policy has provided a good chance for the development and opening up in the central and western areas. According to the state's regulations on foreign investment, the investment projects which can bring into play the superiority of human and natural resources in these areas are listed as the key points, such as the projects relating energy, communications, coal, electric power, local railway, highway ,ports and agricultural industrialization. The key points of developing these areas lie in introducing foreign investment and technology to develop the infrastructure facilities of the central cities in particular, developing low-pollution and high efficient industry and heavy industry, and carrying out comprehensive development of agriculture and high and new tech projects. |
