| Tiivistelmä: | To further expand the use of foreign investment is a strategic task affecting the overall situation of Jilin province's economic development and also the urgent need of cross-century development. According to the general goal of Jilin province's economic development during the Ninth Five-Year Plan period, the author raises the following work to do well: 1. expanding the total volume of utilized foreign investment by every possible means; 2. strengthening industrial guidance, utilizing foreign investment rationally and effectively, practising pluralization strategy and attracting the investment of transnational corporations; 3. putting more efforts on the work introducing domestic investment and running well the existing foreign-funded enterprises to consolidate the positive results from introducing foreign investment; etc. |
