| Tiivistelmä: | A common problem of unemployment theories of both neo-keynesian and new classical origin is that they are static, rule out growth of capacities and output. The paper incorporates growth in the model of employment through the quantity theory of money. If distribution of income is according to factor productivity, employment level depends on nominal wage and the quantity of money but does not depend on real wage or on productivity. |
