| Tiivistelmä: | The paper relies on a model of Flassback which appeared in the same number of the journal and explained employment by nominal wage, quantity of money and income distribution (productivity of labour). Relying on this "reference system", the author discusses the role of real wages, investment activity, substitution between capital and labor, changes in income distribution, external shock on the level of employment. The model is quantified with the 1974/75 and 1981/83 data of the FRG. |
