| Tiivistelmä: | The article analyses the pairwise relationship of goals of independence (autarchy), citizens' rights, welfare and security. Some of them are harmonic, some antinomial, some ambivalent. If the goal of autarchy is replaced by the goal of integration, more of the pairwise relationships within the set become harmonic. |
