Tiivistelmä: | The article looks at the impact of the new technology on the role of the customer. Former the internet was business-to-business or business-to-consumer communication channel for companies and the customer had an end-user role in the process. The technological development has enabled also customer-to-customer and customer-to-business relationships. Involvement into innovation processes is now possible for customers, who are positioned at the start of the value chain. |
