| Tiivistelmä: | The standard software that has been adapted to user requirements has led to a "democratisation" of information technologies. In comparison with the operating costs, the procurement prices for hardware and software have become ignorable. In addition to the direct operating costs, there are other costs which usually cannot be determined. An analysis made in a large international company has revealed a whole list of such concealed costs. How can they be avoided in the future? |
